光と風が巡る、
時間と共に価値を育む住まい
オーナー様の事務所兼ご住宅と、賃貸アパートメントを一体として計画した建築です。
限られたボリュームの中に多様な機能を整理しながら、光と風が建物全体を巡る構成とし、高い居住性の確保を図りました。
共用部には、日常の中でふと立ち止まり、移動そのものが体験となるよう、心に余白を生む空間を設え、光や水、自然と素材の表情が穏やかに作用する環境としています。
また、10年後、20年後のマーケットにおいても競争力を保ち続けることを見据え、入居者様にとって愛着や喜びを感じられる住まいとなることを重視しました。
初期コストとのバランスを図りながら、長期的な視点で建築の質が価値を生み、建物に関わる人々の発展と幸福に寄与することを目指しています。
A Residence Where Light and Wind Circulate,
Nurturing Value Over Time
This project integrates the owner’s office and residence with rental apartments into a single architectural composition.
Within a limited volume, diverse functions are carefully organized, allowing light and wind to circulate throughout the building, ensuring a high level of living comfort.
The shared spaces are designed to create moments to pause in daily life, where circulation itself becomes an experience.
They introduce a sense of spatial openness, where light, water, nature, and material expressions interact gently.
Looking ahead to the market 10 to 20 years into the future, the project aims to maintain long-term competitiveness while fostering a sense of attachment and delight for its residents.
Balancing initial costs with long-term value, the architecture is intended to generate enduring quality—contributing to the growth and well-being of all who engage with it.
