New construction plan of Okinawa Office Building (second plan) 2016.03.03
Concept
This plan (second plan) is to build a new building in Okinawa for the company which has a main office in Tokyo and is an international company with brilliant bilingual staffs.
The site is middle part of Okinawa. It has greenery area as a buffer zone in spite of heavy traffic along the prefectural road and is a scenic area of cliff with a 360-degree view of surrounding greenery.
The building should be the one to show corporate identity. It should be a space that staffs can exert their ability and creativity with its comfort.
It should be a place to interact culture and art transmitted from Okinawa.
We aim to cooperate with the owner to create his vision and thought.
Construction starts in June 2018.
